Pre-entrant packs

Our first pre-entrant packs are now available to be collected from the front office ‘bubble’. These can be collected between 10am and 2pm this week. Unfortunately, at this stage, these packs are only for those where Udston is your catchment school. As soon as placing requests are confirmed we will be in touch with those families. Thanks.

A huge welcome to our pre-entrants who will be joining us in August 2021. As soon as our numbers are confirmed, we will be in contact and hopefully will meet you all as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, please keep up-to-date with our news on Twitter @UdstonS, school website and download our school app.

New Intake 2021-22

As a result of the Covid 19 pandemic South Lanarkshire Council have revised the infant registration process to make it more accessible to parents online and to avoid parents having to approach the school in person.
The new process will be that on Monday 11 January 2021 the online registration form will go live on the SLC website and should be completed by parents for their catchment school. All registrations must be completed by Friday 15th January.
Please share this message with friends and family who have a child ready to start school in August.
Please note that if you are planning to defer your child you will need to register for this year, complete a deferral request and if this is accepted register for P1 again in January 2022.
Please note that if you wish to put in a placing request to another school you need to regsiter for your catchment school first informing them of your intention before completing an online placing request form on SLC site.
