Fairtrade Fortnight 2015 The Fairtrade Committee were kept very busy during Fairtrade Fortnight! It all started off with our Fairtrade Assembly for the whole school and later that day we had our Fairtrade Café at the UNICEF Day for Change Art Exhibition. The P4-7 Committee members helped serve Fairtrade tea, coffee, sugar and chocolate to our parents. We were run off our feet! Many thanks to all those who came along! We really appreciate your support. All the Fairtrade Committee Members got a chance to work at our daily tuck shop and Fairtrade wrappers collection. This was a great success and involved many visits back and forward to the shops to stock up on chocolate goodies. This was a fantastic way of raising awareness of Fairtrade products. At the end of Fairtrade Fortnight we also had a special visit from MP Tom Greatrex. He was very interested to hear about the wonderful work that was going on in the school during Fairtrade Fortnight. Many thanks to everyone for their support during Fairtrade Fortnight. Please have a look at our Photo Gallery to see the Fairtrade Committee at work and see photos of our competition winners! Next Fairtrade Tuck shop will be on Wednesday 29th April
