The Book Fair is in school this week and pupils can buy a book on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings between 9-9.30am. The Book Fair will also be open during our Parent/Carer visits on Thursday.
For every £1 spent, 60p goes back to the school. Last session we received £1489.77 commission from sales!

Parents’/Carers’ Visits after school – appointment times were sent home in Homework Diaries last week. Please take the time to complete a Homework Survey which will be available on the night as we will be reviewing our Homework Programme for next session (2017/18). The Scholastic Book Fair will also be available for any families wishing to purchase a book.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our recent Scholastic Book Fair and helped to make it our most successful one yet! We earned an incredible £772 in commission and are looking forward to purchasing new novel studies and resources for our school!

The Scholastic Book Fair will be coming to our school on Friday 27th March – Thurs 2nd April. The Book Fair is a great way of encouraging children to use and enjoy books, both fiction and non-fiction.
The School receives commission on any books purchased. We made over £600 in our October Book Fair which was put towards sets of fiction novels for our class book studies.
Each class will have the opportunity to explore the Book Fair and any child wishing to buy a book, can do so first thing each morning. A magazine has been sent home to allow your child to see which books will be available. You will have a chance to see which books your child is interested in, as they will fill out a Wish List and it will be sent home before Parents’ Night. Parents and Carers will have the opportunity to buy books on Parents’ Night. Whether or not they are buying, the children should enjoy the experience of the Book Fair and no pressure will be put upon either you or your children to buy.
