Today marks the start of Scots Language Week and all classes are looking forward to using Scots as a focus for learning in Literacy and across other curricular areas. To find out more about the importance of learning Scots, please click here. We look forward to sharing some photographs from Scots Language Week on our website soon.
All children have been given the opportunity to research a Scots poem, song or story of their choice to share with their classmates at some point throughout the week. A selection of pupils will also perform on stage at our special Scots Language Assembly this Friday.
