It’s December!!! We have lots to look forward to this month – the Infant Nativity, Christmas Show, Christmas Parties, Christmas Fayre, and more. Christmas has well and truly arrived at Udston Primary.

Please vote for our brilliant School Choir who are through to the finals of The Regent Shopping Centre School Choir Competition. Please go to www.theregentcentre.com and watch our choir’s performance and cast your vote. The school who receive the highest number of votes will receive a £500 prize –  Vote! Vote! Vote!

Could we please ask all children to return their Library books next week. During their class visits, they will get a chance to browse and read for enjoyment but will not take books home until after Christmas.

Our Winter Wishing Tree Tags go on sale from Monday for 50p. Any child wishing to purchase a tag will get the opportunity to do so during the school day and should take their tag home to decorate and write their wish. Some of the proceeds from this will go to Hillhouse Parish Church to help local families at Christmas.

Many thanks to all families who have paid the £2.00 contribution towards their child’s Christmas Party. We would ask that any outstanding payments are sent into school on Monday. Thanks!
