Important information regarding Parent/Carer Visits:

We are looking forward to welcoming parents and carers into school on Thursday 22nd March for our Parent/Carer Visits. As stated in the letter families received back in October, the time slot you will be given for this visit remains the same as it was at the Interim Parent/Carer Visits earlier in the school year. On Tuesday you will receive a slip with the allocated time slot for you to come along and speak to your child’s class teacher. Once again, we will be looking for some Primary Six and Seven volunteers to help us keep to our tight schedule. This proved to be highly effective at our Interim Parent/Carer Visits and the feedback we received from families regarding this was very positive.

Monday

No Netball today after school – the P7 club will restart on Monday 19th March for two weeks before the Spring Break and will then start again on Monday 14th May.

Tuesday

Rooms 9, 1 and 2 Library session

Primary 6 & 7 Girls’ Football Club at lunchtime

YMI Project being delivered to our P5 children in the morning

P4 Multi-Sports Club after school until 4pm (week 4 of 5)

Wednesday

Rooms 7, 3 and 4 Library session

P5-7 Homework Club in the ICT Suite at lunchtime

P3 Wednesday Workout Club Block 1 at lunchtime.

P6 & 7 Boys’ Football Club after school until 4pm

Thursday

Rooms 11 & 12 Library session

P6s visiting Hillhouse Parish Church for Easter Code

Kerbcraft Sessions today for P2s in Rooms 2 & 4 (warm outdoor clothing required)

Room 11 Swimming this afternoon

P4-7 Drama Club after school until 4.30pm

Friday

The Scholastic Book Fair will arrive at our school from today! The Book Fair is a fantastic way of encouraging children to use and enjoy books, both fiction and non-fiction. More information will follow.

Parent Council representative in to speak to classes about the Spring Treasure Hunt on Friday 22nd April.
